Georgia Gets Red-Listed by Bahrain
There have been substantial updates for individuals who live in or want to visit Georgia from Bahrain. If you are one of such people, please read this post carefully. The country recently changed its COVID-19 travel list to include more countries and Georgia gets red-listed by Bahrain.
You can visit Bahrain if you are not from a country on the red list. However, if you visit one of these red-listed countries, you must wait 14 days. However, if you are a Bahraini resident or a Bahraini citizen, you are exempt from this regulation.
Requirements to Enter Bahrain
Even if you have the right to enter Bahrain, you must have a negative PCR test. The negative results of the tests must not be more than 48 hours old before departure. For instance, if you flew from Bahrain to get married in Georgia, you will be required to take a PCR test with negative results.
You will also have to spend 10 days in quarantine after arriving in Georgia. Furthermore, if you are required to take the COVID-19 test, you will need to pay for it after arriving in Bahrain using the BeAware Bahrain mobile app. It is important to note that the Bahraini government has established quarantine centers that are recognized by the NHRA. These services are intended for residents of Bahrain who do not have a fixed residence.
Those granted permanent residency in Bahrain must need to stay for ten days at their residence, on the other hand. Bear in mind that children under the age of six are exempt from these requirements.
